Terms of service
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the meeting-notes service “Pulse” (the “Service”) provided by UNCHAIN, Inc. (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must register accurate information and safeguard your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Recording and consent
You are responsible for complying with applicable law and for informing participants and obtaining consent when recording or transcribing meetings. We provide features that support consent but do not obtain it on your behalf.
4. Your data
You own the notes, transcripts and metadata you create (“User Data”). We process User Data only as needed to provide the Service and never use it to train AI models.
5. Prohibited use
Unlawful use, infringing third-party rights, interfering with the Service, reverse engineering and recording others without consent are prohibited.
6. Fees
Fees and payment terms for paid plans are set out on the pricing page. Use during the beta is free.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is; we do not guarantee transcript or summary accuracy. To the extent permitted by law our liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may change these terms or the Service; material changes will be notified in advance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law with exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
