Account details (name, email, company), the notes and transcripts you create, app usage, and calendar events from connected calendars. Meeting audio is discarded after transcription and never stored.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, support you, keep it secure and comply with law. We do not train AI models on your data.

3. Subprocessors

We use transcription, AI and cloud infrastructure providers to deliver the Service. The list is published on our subprocessor page.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored encrypted in-region and retained until you delete it. Enterprise plans can set auto-deletion periods.

5. Security

Encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logs and staff training.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of your personal data from within the app or by contacting us.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for convenience and analytics; disable them in your browser.
